BUSINESS T & C'S

I strive to ensure that the referral process runs as smoothly as possible causing the least amount of stress possible to yourselves, your clients and their pets.

The costs of advanced investigations and treatments can be substantial. At the time of consultation an estimate of expected costs will be given. It is the nature of veterinary medical problems that deviations from what was expected may occur, but I will endeavour to keep your client updated on any major variations in costs.

Unfortunately, all fees are subject to VAT and payment in full is expected at the time of consultation or at collection. I further reserve the right to take deposits prior to the commencement of treatment. Cash, Maestro/Switch, and credit card payments are all accepted. All accounts must be settled at the time of discharge of the pet.

Some insurance companies have excesses and exclusions within their policies; I would suggest the client contact their insurance company prior to the booked appointment to confirm their level of cover. I regret that I cannot entertain direct claims to insurance companies. I am, however, happy to process clients’ insurance forms promptly as soon as they are submitted. If in doubt, contact the insurance company and request a ‘pre-authorisation’ claim form prior to appointment and commencement of investigation and/or treatment.

I will try my best to ensure that diagnostics and treatment can be performed on the same day as initial consultation. However, due to the unpredictable nature of medical care, I hope that you understand that this may not be possible in every case.

It is not my intention to acquire referred clients and any such enquiries will be declined.
